The superior room has a comfy bed and a high ceiling, perfect for chilling. Bathroom is quite new with a bathtub for some relaxation time. Staff are super helpful. Awesome location close to all the cool tourist spots in a nice part of town! 🌟

This hotel is a hidden gem! the location is perfect - very near the centre and close to most places of interest. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. And thirdly, the rooms were tastefully decorated with a funny and unique high ceiling that added character. We loved the attention to detail! The breakfast every morning was also a delight, with a range of traditional products to choose from. All in all, this hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of value for money, service, basic amenities, and rooms for couples with double beds.

Unsafe area with heavy locks on doors, poor lighting, and graffiti and rubbish on the street. Front desk attendant didn't speak English and the constant noise of a compressor/pump/whistling throughout the night.

I had a great stay at this hotel! its location is superb. It's just a short walk away from Via Etnea, a lively shopping street with plenty of restaurants. This made it really convenient for me to explore the city and try out different trattorias. Secondly, the staff was amazing. They provided excellent service and were very attentive to my needs. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, perfect for a couple like me. I especially loved the high ceiling that was decorated in a fun and unique way. On top of all this, the breakfast included traditional products, which was a delightful start to my day.
